Cambridge, UK, 21 May 2014 — On Wednesday 18 June, XJTAG brings its boundary scan workshop to the Logic Academy Day. The event, a series of parallel, full-day workshops and seminars designed by and for electronics engineers, will be held at the High-Tech Campus in Eindhoven, Netherlands.
With sessions from ARM, Atollic, emtrion, KEIL, Intel and LDRA also running throughout the day, the event is the first of its kind and paves the way for the ‘Logic Academy’ educational program to be launched later this year.
“What we want to achieve with the Logic Academy Day, is to bring together technical content that is appealing to an entire development team, rather than focusing on one particular discipline,” says Gilbert Gadet, Managing Director Logic Technology.
With this in mind, XJTAG’s hands-on workshop will contribute a comprehensive introduction to JTAG boundary scan and the IEEE 1149.x standard and is of interest to engineers in design and development as well as test, production and repair.
Learn from our expert engineers how boundary scan technology can be used from start to finish, to improve designs and reduce respins as well as to enhance test coverage, fault diagnosis and production yields on complex BGA-populated circuits. The workshop leaders will also cover how to test non-JTAG devices using boundary scan.
